Grinder for pepper
• Steel grinding mechanism with patented treatment that protects against rust and retains sharpness and abrasion resistance.
• The grinder has a double row of helical teeth that guide the peppercorns towards the bottom and at the same time prevent them from falling out before they are perfectly ground.

Which pepper can be used?
• Peugeot recommends using peppercorns with a diameter of 5 millimeters or less for the pepper grinder to work optimally.
• The grinder is adapted to black, white, green and also red peppercorns, if these are mixed with one of the other 3 other types of peppercorns (max. 15% red peppercorns).

Use of the grinder
• Turn the top screw counterclockwise to grind more roughly. Turn the top screw clockwise to grind more finely.
• Always turn clockwise when grinding.
• Do not exchange salt and pepper, as the grinder steel is alloyed for its own purpose. The pepper grinder can, for example, rust if it has been used for salt, and this is not covered by the warranty. Salt grinders that have been damaged by incorrect salt are also not covered by the warranty.
• Store the grinder dry. Dishwasher safe.
