These terms of sale and delivery apply for goods purchased at  www.roomsgalore.dk for delivery in Denmark, with the exception of Greenland and the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise agreed.  
 
Payment
 
We accept payment with Visa-Dankort, Visa, Visa-electron, Mastercard and Mobilepay.
 
We do not deduct the amount until the products are shipped. In the case of products not on stock and only taken home after order, 50% of the payment will be deducted when the fulfilment of the order commences, and the remaining 50% when the products are ready for delivery/shipment.
 
If you have ordered multiple products and one of the products is on back order, we do not deduct payment for the product on back order until it is shipped.
 
All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) inclusive of VAT. The price of shipping is added to the listed price. You choose the form of shipping at the end of the payment process.
 
 
Delivery
 
For purchases of goods in the amount of minimum DKK 500, which weight maximum 20 kilos, shipping in Denmark are free, with the exception of shipping to islands without a bridge connection.
 
Products on stock will be sent within 2 weekdays after ordering. Delivery time will be between 1-3 weekdays. However, delivery times may be longer during holiday periods.
 
The product will be delivered by GLS, BRING or PostNord.
 
We deliver internationally within the European Union, but there are special shipping prices for delivery outside of Denmark, including to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Danish islands without a bridge connection, and on goods heavier than 20 kilos. 
 
Right of cancellation
 
The right of cancellation only applies for private consumers who purchase via  www.roomsgalore.dk and not for purchases in our physical shop. Business customers do not have a right of cancellation.
 
You have the right to cancel an agreement up to 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you, but not the shipping company, receives the product in your/their physical possession.
 
If an order comprises multiple products and we cannot deliver the products at the same time, the right of cancellation applies from the time that you or another person chosen by you, but not the shipping company, receives the last product in your/their physical possession.
 
If the right of cancellation expires on a holiday, Saturday, Denmark’s Constitution Day, Christmas or New Year’s Day, the deadline will be extended until the following business day.
 
However, you do not have a right of cancellation with the purchase of custom-made products. Products which are delivered with a seal may only be returned if the seal is not broken.
 
How to exercise the right of cancellation
 
You can cancel by returning (sending) the product before the expiry of the cancellation deadline (up to 14 days after the day on which you or another person chosen by you, but not the shipping company, receives the product in your/their physical possession) to:

You can enclose a return form so that we can easily register your return and provide a refund of your payment.
 
The return form will normally be enclosed with your products from us. 
 
You must pay for the return of the products, and you are liable for the delivery of the products to us. Therefore, we recommend that you send the package as insured parcel post.
 
Normally, you may inspect the product in the same way that one is permitted and able to do in a shop, but you must not use it. Therefore, you must not remove any tags or the like. If you have used it in a way that one is not permitted or able to do in a shop, and we cannot sell the product again, or cannot sell it at full price again, you must expect that we will deduct the reduction in value from the amount refunded to you. If the product no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
 
You must also ensure that the product is properly wrapped when you return it. You are liable for the package/products until we receive it. Therefore, save your shipping receipt and, if applicable, the track and trace number.
 
Products cannot be sent COD, without delivery to the final address, or with a shipping company that delivers outside of our opening hours and which does not require a signature of receipt, as this would entail a risk of the package not arriving in our possession.
 
Products can be returned to our shop in Hornbæk, preferably with the return form completed and enclosed.
 
Refunds
 
We refund the payment received from you, including any delivery costs.  However, if you have purchased multiple products in an order and do not return all of the products, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
 
The amount will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received the returned product.
 
We will provide such refunds with the same payment method used by you for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees in connection with the refund.
 
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
 
 
Claims – If something is wrong with the product
 
If, upon receipt of a product from us, you discover that there is a defect in the product, e.g. a material or manufacturing defect, the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
 
You may submit a claim regarding defects in the product within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect/error, and no later than 24 months from the time of delivery by contacting us at customercare@roomsgalore.dk. In the e-mail, you must provide the order number and a detailed description, including a photo of the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
 
We will then consider your claim and send you information about the continuation of the case.
 

If the claim is warranted, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs for the return.
 
Remember that the product must always be shipped in protective packaging and that you must obtain a shipping receipt. Save your postal receipt, including information about shipping costs and, if applicable, the track and trace number.
 
Gift card 
 
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used in the web shop or our shop in Hornbæk. A physical gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
 
There is a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of purchase if bought on the webshop.
 
Special conditions for electronic gift cards 

You may exchange an electronic gift card for its cash value for up to one year after the gift card has expired.
 
If you wish to obtain a cash refund of the value of the gift card within the time of valid, an fee of our actual cost caused by the refund will be charged.
 
Personal data policy
 
We need the following information when you trade with us: 
 
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. 
 
We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you.  
 
Personal data is registered with ROOMS Galore and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted. 
 
In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes. 
 
We work only with data processors in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection. 
 
On roomsgalore.dk the data controller is ROOMS Galore.
 
You are entitled to be told what details about you we process.
 
If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in a way that is against the law. You can also write to us at: info@roomsgalore.dk.
